Walk through Zeesen with Mayor and Local Advisory Board Chairman
During a walk through Zeesen led by our mayor Michaela Wiezorek and local board chairman Uwe Friedrich, the residents of Zeesen were able to learn about several achievements. On April 5, 2025, after good 3 years, the pier at Lake Zeesen was put back into operation. The latest information on the "Herrenhaus Zeesen" project, the primary school reconstruction, and the status of the construction of a new playground in August-Bebel-Straße. The highlight was the opening of the community center at Friedenstr. 54, which ended with a small celebration.

Inauguration of the sauna house on February 20, 2026 at daycare *Tannenzapfen*
Last year, the Zeesen local advisory board donated a small amount from the district budget for this project. As a result, this great project could be realized for the children. The kids will certainly enjoy it and benefit their health in the future through sauna use.
